Seeking Advice for ABS/DSC System Issues in 2022 Kia Seltos

Hey there, I had a somewhat similar issue with my 2020 Kia Soul a while back and I reckon I have some experience (not much, but enough to get by). I found out the gear oil was wearing thin, which might be what's up with your Seltos as well. Took my ride to my go-to workshop where they sorted it out for me. Splashed out about 365€ for the repair, but haven't faced the problem since then. You might wanna check that out. Could you share a bit more about your Seltos? Hey! Thanks a lot for sharing your experience. The gear oil, huh? I hadn't actually considered that. My Kia is a gasoline model, with automatic transmission. As for its service history, I've had the latest one at 29549 km, a pretty comprehensive one, I must say. I'll definitely check out the gear oil like you suggested, and I'm hoping that'll be the end of this ABS/DSC fiasco. I'm going to have a chat with my mechanic about this next. With a comprehensive service at close to 30,000 km, it looks like you've been taking good care of it. But you know, sometimes, these things just happen. So yeah, a checkup on your gear oil could indeed be the next best step. In my case, with the 2020 Kia Soul, after the gear oil switch, the ABS/DSC issue never popped up again. Here's hoping the same will be true for you and your Seltos! Keep in mind though, if that doesn't sort it, it might be worth getting the sensors looked at.
