The problem occurred when my Mini had around 75,000 km. However, my last service was just recently and everything seemed to be fine. Do you have any idea what it could be? Maybe someone else here has had similar experiences.

It could well be that your acceleration sensor is broken, like mine. It's really best if you go back to your garage and tell them exactly what you've noticed - including the jerking.
