My Clio had this cable problem, but of course that doesn't mean it's the same with your Twingo. You can see if the fuses responsible for the audio system and the navigation system are blown. Maybe you're lucky and it's just a minor problem. If that doesn't help, you could also try resetting the navigation system completely.
