Hey, thanks for your quick reply! I definitely didn't make any changes to the navigation or audio system. The thing just started acting up for no apparent reason. It seems to get worse especially after long journeys. Probably time for a workshop visit. My last service was at 139599 km and everything was still fine. I just hope it won't be too expensive. Hi, I actually had a similar problem with my 2009 Ford Edge, diesel. I would describe myself as someone without much car experience, but I can tell you how I fixed it. The garage found a bad connection in the cable between the ECU and the display. It wasn't that expensive to fix - 165 euros was the damage. Maybe you have a similar problem? To help you even better, it would be good to know: Have you recently made any changes to the sat nav or audio system? Or does the problem occur spontaneously? Does it perhaps start to go haywire when you use certain functions? I hope this helps you!
