Problems with the door lock and lights on the Renault Trafic Diesel 2018 - experiences and solutions

Hey guys, I have a question. My Renault Trafic Diesel from 2018 is doing strange things: I can no longer unlock or lock the car and the lights flicker or are dark. I somehow suspect that the fault could be with the exterior door handle electronics. Have any of you ever had similar problems and how did you get them solved in the workshop? I would really appreciate your experience and tips.
