Hey, thanks for your answer! So my Benz already has 176409 km on the clock and the last service was about 4 months ago. The problem is, it just doesn't blow warm air anymore - especially when it's cold outside. But both the blower and the heater seem to work, it just doesn't get warm. I really hope it's just the damper and not the climate control unit, that would be really expensive. Hope this info helps buddy!

Hey, that sounds like a really annoying problem, especially in the current frosty temperatures. Okay, so first of all it's positive that you only had the last service 4 months ago and it could at least theoretically be that your climate control unit is still in order. Regardless of that, I had a similar problem with my Mercedes E-Class (actually, it's the same model as yours, just a year older). In my case, it was actually the defroster flap control unit that was faulty. I was lucky that my garage found the fault quite quickly. The whole thing cost me about 3 euros and since then the blower has been working perfectly again. I would therefore recommend that you first have the fault memory read out and then have the defroster flap checked. If that's not it, I would think again about the air conditioning control unit. Keep us posted and good luck, buddy!

Hey, thanks for your recommendations buddy! I'm a little reassured to hear that your problem has been solved and that it didn't cost you too much. I'll have the fault memory read out first and then have the defroster flap checked. If it still doesn't warm up, I'll have a look at the air conditioning control unit. I will definitely try to keep you up to date. Thanks again!

Hey, I had a similar problem with my 2012 Mercedes CLS-Class diesel. I'm not really a car expert, but I still have a bit of experience from doing a few screws on my cars. In my case, the air conditioning control unit was ultimately defective and was replaced by the mechanic at my garage. It cost me a whopping 880 euros, but now everything is working fine again. Could you perhaps provide a little more information about your vehicle? Every detail could be helpful to better understand your problem and help you accordingly. Wish you luck, buddy!
