Hello again, no problem, always happy to help! Given the mileage, I would definitely recommend changing the gearbox oil. In my old Seat Leon, I only changed it at around 150000 km, but that's really late, I would say from today's perspective. And if the ABS system is acting up, worn gearbox oil is a fairly likely cause. Give it a try and let me know if it works. And if not, don't despair. Cars can be complicated, but there's always a solution. Good luck and keep us up to date! Best wishes and have a safe journey,

Hello, thank you very much for the advice! Given the mileage, changing the gearbox oil seems really appropriate and sensible. I will make an appointment at the garage and hope that will solve the problem. I'll get back to you as soon as I have an update. This is really a great help, thank you very much! Best regards and see you soon,

Hi, I had a similar problem with my Seat Leon, model year 2009. I also had a problem with the ABS and then went to the garage. I would describe myself as someone with a bit of experience with cars, so I'm by no means an expert. At the garage I was told that my gearbox oil was worn out, similar to what you suggest. It cost me 365 euros to fix the problem. The gearbox oil was replaced and then everything worked perfectly again. Could you perhaps tell us more about your Seat Exeo, such as the exact model and mileage? Then we might be able to give you more specific advice. But in general, I would definitely recommend having the gearbox oil checked if you have similar symptoms. Hope that helps you! Best wishes and good luck,
