Problems with skewed stance and heavy bouncing in the Skoda Citigo 2019 - solutions wanted

Uneven Ride Height

Excessive Bouncing

Dear community, I have a small problem with my 2019 Skoda Citigo, petrol engine. The car has an uneven stance and bounces far too much on every bump. I'm wondering whether this could be due to a problematic door contact signal, but I'm not sure. Have any of you ever had similar problems and know what it could be? I would be particularly interested in your experiences with workshop visits and fixing the problem. Thanks in advance for your help!

Hi, I once had a similar problem with my 2017 Skoda Fabia. I wouldn't exactly call myself a car expert, but I have had a few experiences. They had to repair a defective pipe in my garage. I paid 155 euros for it. Your problem could be related to this, but without more information about your car, such as mileage or maintenance history, I can't say anything specific. I hope this helps you a little anyway.

Thanks for the quick feedback! My Citigo only has 13200km on it, so not that much yet, and the last service was only recently. I'll take your advice to heart and have the garage take a look to check for any faulty wiring. Hopefully that won't cost me 155 euros too!

No problem, that's what forums are for! With the mileage and maintenance, it does sound a bit strange that you're already having such a problem. But you know, it could really be anything. It's always better to have it checked by professionals, especially with complaints like this that affect driving behavior. The 155 euros were certainly a pain, but what can you do when you're dependent on your car? Hopefully you'll have better luck and it's nothing serious. Let us know as soon as you find out anything more. All the best!

Thanks again for your advice. Yes, it's annoying, problems like that are really the last thing you need. But as you say, what can you do when you're dependent on your car? I also hope it's nothing serious. Will definitely go to the garage and hopefully they'll have a solution. As soon as I know more, I'll definitely keep you updated here. Thanks again and all the best to you too!
