Problems with Renault Captur Diesel 2013: power loss, high fuel consumption and engine stuttering

Hey guys, I've got a problem with my Renault Captur Diesel, built in 2013. It doesn't pull properly, runs out of fuel and stutters when accelerating. The engine also just cuts out when idling, emits black smoke and the indicator light is constantly on. I have the feeling that the rail pressure sensor may be faulty. Have you had similar experiences and could you possibly give me tips on what was done in the workshop to solve the problem? Thanks for your help!

Hey, I have some experience with cars, but I'm not a professional. I had a similar problem with my 2015 Renault Clio and it cost me 240 euros to change the pressure sensor. I think that might solve the problem with your car too. Of course, this is not a guarantee without more information about your car.
