Problems with overheating and low coolant level in a diesel Seat Altea XL

Hi, I have a problem with my diesel Seat Altea XL. The car gets too hot and the coolant level is low. I think it might have something to do with the radiator shutter. Do any of you have experience with this? How did you get the problem fixed in the workshop? I'm looking forward to your tips and experiences. Thanks in advance!
