Problems with Opel Astra: Check engine light and Carly adapter

Hello everyone, I have an Opel Astra (2024, 900 km) and am facing the following problem: The engine control light comes on. In addition, my Carly adapter cannot connect to the ECU, although I have tried several times and my Opel subscription is active. Has anyone had similar experiences or any tips on how I can solve this problem? Many thanks in advance!

Check if the OBD-II port is functioning properly by trying another diagnostic tool or adapter. If the issue persists, inspect the port for any visible damage or debris. Let me know how it goes or if you have any further questions!

It's a good idea to have Opel check it out, especially since it's a new car. They can ensure everything is functioning correctly and address any potential issues under warranty. If you have any further questions or need more assistance, feel free to ask!
