Hey, thanks for your quick reply! Like you, I'm not that much of a car expert...but to your questions: I have 20772 KM on the clock and my last service was only recently. So everything should actually be in order. But apparently not! As far as the fault memory is concerned, I have to admit that I don't have access to it myself. But I'm going to the garage very soon to have it checked. Hopefully it's nothing serious like your Boxer, otherwise it's going to be really expensive...

Hello again! I totally understand you, car problems can be so annoying.... My Peugeot Boxer had similar symptoms to what you describe. However, after replacing the battery sensor microprocessor, everything was fine again. If this is your problem, then it could be solved in the same way. To be on the safe side, however, I would advise you to have the fault memory read out in the workshop first. That way you can see exactly whether it really is the battery sensor or whether there is something else. Hopefully it's nothing too serious! Please keep us posted and let us know what the garage says. And don't worry, even if it is something bigger: There's a solution for everything. Take courage!

Hello again! Many thanks for your help and encouragement. I will definitely go to the garage and have the fault memory read out. You're right, it really could be the battery sensor. The thing with your boxer also sounds logical in any case. So thanks again for the useful information and the assurance that there will be a solution no matter what. I'll let you know what the garage says. Fingers crossed that it's nothing major!

Hi, I had a similar problem with my 2014 Peugeot Boxer diesel. I would rate my knowledge of cars relatively low on a scale, so garage visits are always my first port of call. The mechanic read out the fault code and found that the battery sensor microprocessor was faulty. It had to be replaced, which cost me 315 euros. But since then everything has been running great again! I think it would be helpful if you could give me more information about your car and as many of the faulty parts as possible. That way I might be able to help you even better. Have you read out the fault memory? What exactly does it say?
