Hey, thanks for the info! My C3 has already covered 191529 km. The last service was a few months ago - but I can't say whether anything was done after that. Your answer about the control unit makes sense, I'll have to have it checked. But with almost 200k km something can break, can't it? I hope it doesn't cost as much as it did for you!

Hey, no problem, I'm always happy to help with my experience! Almost 200k kilometers is quite a bit, so of course it could well be that something just breaks. And yes, the control unit could of course be the culprit, it was for me too. But to be on the safe side, I would recommend visiting a workshop with a clear conscience. Maybe it's something smaller and it won't cost you that much. Keep me posted, I'm curious to find out what it is in the end. Good luck!

Can you help tell me to get Citroen c3 2016 always petrol or Nissan Micra 2016?????
If you're deciding between a Citroen C3 2016 and a Nissan Micra 2016, consider factors like fuel efficiency, maintenance costs, and personal preference for driving experience. The Citroen C3 is known for its comfortable ride and stylish design, while the Nissan Micra is often praised for its reliability and compact size, making it ideal for city driving. Test drive both if possible to see which suits your needs better. If you have specific questions about either model, feel free to ask!

Both the Citroen C3 and Nissan Micra are generally reliable, but the Nissan Micra often has a slight edge in terms of long-term reliability and lower maintenance costs. It's known for its durability and ease of maintenance, which might make it a better choice for city driving with fewer potential issues. Always check the service history of any used car you consider to ensure it's been well-maintained. If you have more questions, feel free to ask!
Hi, so I'm no expert, but I do have a bit of experience with cars. I had a similar problem with my 2014 Citroen C4 diesel. It boiled down to the control unit, which itself was faulty. I had it repaired at my garage and they replaced it. This solved the problems. It cost me 575 euros, a tidy sum, but the car has been running perfectly ever since. Could you please provide more information about your car? How many kilometers has it run? When was the last service? The more details you give, the better I or someone else might be able to help you.
