Problems with Carly diagnostics and low battery

Hi everyone, I have a BMW 5 and am facing two challenges. First, my battery seems to be low when starting the engine. Second, when using the Carly diagnostics app, the process sometimes takes more than 5 minutes. Has anyone had similar experiences or any tips on how I can resolve these issues?
