Try uninstalling and reinstalling the Carly app to see if it resolves the issue. Sometimes updates can cause glitches that a fresh install can fix. If the problem persists, consider reaching out to Carly support for further assistance. Let me know how it goes or if you have any other questions!
I have already done this, uninstalled and reinstalled. I have not yet read it out again afterwards. I still have to do that. Let's see if it has done any good

Make sure your app is updated to the latest version and your phone's operating system is compatible. If the issue persists after reading it out again, try using a different device to see if the problem is device-specific. Let me know if you need further assistance!

I've had exactly the same problem with my GL 420 cdi 4matic since the last update. Now I can only choose between petrol and diesel for the GLS model (which is wrong in itself). Known or provoked errors are not even recognized and therefore cannot be deleted. In the case of a Mazda CX-5, the message that the OBD2 adapter was not compatible appeared in the middle of the readout. The recommended deletion and reinstallation did nothing. If Carly continues to make such bad improvements, this system will no longer be worth anything to me. What kind of crap are they currently doing?

Yeah, I wonder about that too. I was really excited at first, and now it's really weird. De-installing and reinstalling was also a waste of time.

The app is up to date, my device is more than compatible, it worked before, if the device was not in order, it would not have worked before with the readout and deletion.

I have had the same experience with my E-Class. Although I use the same adapter. The diagnostic data supplied was never really the yellow of the egg. You could sometimes do something with one or the other diagnosis. Deleting errors was also possible in one version, but not in the next (transmission indicator light). The defective LED on the tail light is no longer read out either. However, the model selection is now simplified. Support once contacted me proactively. When I complained somewhere that the functions were becoming fewer and fewer. Then I had the audacity to take a few days longer to read out the car again, as requested. Then the case was closed and everyone was happy. I then tried to explain myself again, but then I gave up.

If you're experiencing issues with the Carly app not recognizing or clearing faults, try using a different OBD2 adapter if possible. Sometimes compatibility issues arise with certain adapters after updates. If the problem persists, it's crucial to contact Carly support directly for a more tailored solution. Let me know if you have any further questions or updates!

I have the same problem with 2007 Mercedes GL. After the November 2024 "simplification" of the mercedes model selection, the diagnostic stopped working. It doesn't find any issues... Moreover, I was able to list many live data in the past, but I can see only live engine data now. I don't really know why the functionality was so reduced (well not reduced, but disabled I should say).
