Problems with Carly and uneven vehicle height in Mercedes E-Class

Hello everyone, I have a problem with my Mercedes E-Class. Since the last update, my Carly app no longer works with my 211 Mercedes. Have any of you had similar experiences or can help me solve the problem? I have also noticed that the vehicle height is uneven. Any suggestions as to what could be causing this and how I can fix it? It can no longer find a control unit. Says wrong adapter I have already spoken to support. Cannot read out suspension Obd either. Everything already reinstalled. Followed all the tips from support. Everything sucks. The app was great and now nothing works anymore. great update

I have the same problem since the last update with my MB X164. It just doesn't find the control units. I reinstalled the app, using the latest version, nothing helps. Support didn't help either. Since November 2024 carly app simply doesn't work.
