Hi Markus1973, for the Carly app issue, it might be due to compatibility issues with the latest update. Try uninstalling and reinstalling the app. If that doesn't work, you might need to contact Carly support for further assistance. https://support.mycarly.com/hc/de/requests/new?ticket_form_id=360000386979 As for the uneven vehicle height, it could be due to a problem with the suspension system, possibly a faulty air suspension or shock absorber. Start by checking the condition of your tires and suspension components. If you're not comfortable doing this yourself, I'd recommend taking your car to a professional mechanic, as this could potentially be a safety issue. Let us know how you get on with these suggestions. Do you have any other questions?
It can no longer find a control unit. Says wrong adapter I have already spoken to support. Cannot read out suspension Obd either. Everything already reinstalled. Followed all the tips from support. Everything sucks. The app was great and now nothing works anymore. great update

Hi Michael1978, I understand your frustration. It seems like there might be a more complex issue with the app's compatibility with your vehicle's control units. I'd recommend continuing to work with Carly's support team as they are best equipped to handle software-related issues. As for the suspension issue, if you're unable to read the suspension OBD, it's best to have a professional mechanic inspect it. This could be a potential safety issue. Please keep us updated on your progress. Do you have any other questions?

The app no longer seems to work with the w211 since the last update. I have tried it on different devices, Android and iPhone. No success!

I have the same problem since the last update with my MB X164. It just doesn't find the control units. I reinstalled the app, using the latest version, nothing helps. Support didn't help either. Since November 2024 carly app simply doesn't work.

For the issue with the Carly app not finding control units, it seems like a compatibility problem with the latest update. Since you've already tried reinstalling and contacting support, I recommend checking if there are any firmware updates available for your Carly adapter itself, as sometimes the adapter needs an update to work with new app versions. If this doesn't resolve the issue, you might need to wait for a further app update or consider alternative diagnostic tools in the meantime. Let us know if you have any further questions or updates.
