Problems with AdBlue and automatic transmission in Opel Grandland X
Hello, I own a 2020 Opel Grandland X with 44,000 km. I have several problems with the car: poor fuel economy, the engine shuts down on its own, and the automatic transmission does not work as usual. In addition, three times there was a problem with AdBlue - each time the injector was tuned, but the problem recurs. Recently, there was a warning that the engine would not start after 550 kilometers. Mechanics suggest replacing the AdBlue tank, but I'm wondering if it's better to replace the AdBlue injector. Has anyone had a similar experience and can advise what to do in this situation? I would appreciate any suggestions.

It sounds like you're dealing with multiple issues that could be interconnected. For the engine shutting down and poor fuel economy, start by checking the fuel system for any blockages or leaks, and ensure the air filter is clean. Regarding the AdBlue system, before replacing the tank or injector, inspect the AdBlue lines and connections for any leaks or blockages. It's also worth checking the AdBlue pump and sensors for proper operation. Since the engine warning is critical, I recommend having a professional mechanic inspect the vehicle to ensure safety. Let me know how it goes or if you have further questions!
