Hey, thanks for your feedback. My car has already run 176858 km, but I haven't had any problems since the last service about 5000 km ago. It's an Opel Cascada with a gasoline engine. No other symptoms have actually occurred. The light problem started unexpectedly and now the warning light keeps flashing. I hope it's not expensive damage.

In my Insignia, it was the control unit for the headlights that was defective, and I never actually encountered any problems after that. As your warning light is flashing, this could also be the case for you. I would advise you to have the error read out by a workshop first. This is usually quite quick and not particularly expensive. Then you'll at least have a rough idea of what the problem is.
