Hey, thanks for your reply. Well, I haven't been to the garage yet, so I wanted to ask here first and hear your experiences. My Tourneo already has 103173 km on the clock, but so far I haven't had any similar problems. I'll keep your experience in mind and maybe have the cable connection checked. To be honest, 155 euros sounds a lot, but if it solves the problem, then it would be worth it.

Hey, no problem, I'm happy to help. Yes, I was also surprised at first about the cost, but in the end it was worth it. And your Ford Tourneo really has a great mileage! Respect. So it could actually be that your vehicle is just worn out. What I can recommend in any case is not to put the problem off. People often tend to ignore such things, especially if they don't need the car every day. But believe me, it can quickly become annoying, especially in frosty weather, if the spray nozzle heater doesn't work. And to come back to your first question, yes, it could definitely be due to a malfunction of the spray nozzle heater. If you don't think you can fix it yourself, I would recommend visiting a garage. The guys there really know their stuff and will definitely be able to help you. Maybe you'll be lucky and it's just a minor fault that can be fixed quickly and cheaply. I'll keep my fingers crossed for you!

Thank you very much for your detailed answer. Yes, you're right, I probably shouldn't put it off. I will definitely think about a garage. It's true, it can be really annoying when the spray nozzle heater doesn't work, especially at this time of year. Thanks again for your advice and keeping my fingers crossed, I really hope it's just a minor fault. I will then report back on how it went.

Hi, I'm definitely not an expert, but I do have a bit of experience with cars. I had a similar problem with my Ford Transit (built in 2002), which is actually a sister model to the Tourneo. In my case, the cable connection for the spray nozzle heater was defective. I then went to my garage, where they quickly identified and solved the problem. It cost me 155 euros. So, it's definitely possible that your spray nozzle heater has a fault. Have you ever been to a garage? Can you please give me more information about your vehicle, such as the exact model and year, and whether you've had similar problems before? Then I might be able to help you even better.
