Persistent Airbag Warning Light on Mercedes A35 - Carly Scanner Not Detecting
Airbag warning light

Airbag warning light is a serious safety issue and should not be ignored. It could be a problem with the airbag system itself, or it could be an issue with the sensor. Since your scanner is not detecting the fault, it might be a good idea to try a different scanner if you have access to one. If the problem persists, I would strongly recommend taking your car to a professional mechanic for a thorough inspection. Please keep us updated on your progress. Do you have any other questions?
I understand this, I have already established historically it a was stored fault, a simply communication error that was outside the parameters, hence bringing the light up. This was cleared and did not return until last week (where I suspect the same issue is present) however the scanner is no longer detecting the error that is clearly visible on the car display. I have also tried another scanner that did not detect it. Have Mercedes done any kind of update that might limit the results of these ‘cheap’ OBD readers?
