Hey, I'm glad the information was helpful for you. So, I left €955 in the workshop to fix the sporadically faulty communication problem between the control units. It wasn't exactly cheap, but everything has been running smoothly ever since. And to come back to your other question: No, there were no further problems afterwards. So, despite all the prophecies of doom, the tire pressure issue was also resolved. No more annoying warning lights! But yes, make sure you have it looked at by a professional. Hopefully everything will be running smoothly again!

Hey, thanks for your detailed reply. That sounds like quite an investment, but if it really solves the problem, then it's probably worth the money. I'll have a look for a garage that can help me with this. Thanks again for your help and for the tip. I hope that everything runs smoothly again afterwards!

Hey, I had a similar problem with my 2013 Ford S-Max. It turned out to be a sporadic faulty communication problem between the ECUs. I can understand how annoying it is to keep seeing this warning. My last visit to the garage was to fix this. They checked the communication module and all connected cables and it was indeed a serious issue. To solve it, they had to read the fault memory of the ECUs and check the bus communication. Fortunately, after some adjustments, the ECUs communicated normally again and the problem was solved. The only thing I can recommend is to have it checked by professionals and hopefully your experience will be better this time. Good luck!
