Moin, sure, I still remember. The whole thing cost me €220 at the time. Since the issue with the coolant pump and the control unit was resolved, there have been no further problems. It was probably just the cable on the pump that was defective. So, don't be afraid to go to the mechanic. Once the fault has been rectified, your G-Class should run perfectly again! Best regards!

Hi, ah, that sounds like manageable costs at least. That reassures me a little. I hope it's just the cable in my case. In any case, I'll take it to the workshop as soon as possible and have it looked at. Thank you for sharing your experience with me, it really helps. Best regards back!

@TommyQuinn
These codes the app is giving have completely changed from the last time I ran a diagnostic
Are these codes correct? Were the old codes correct?
Very confused and have zero confidence in what it’s telling me now :(

Hey, you hit the nail on the head. Had the same thing with my 2015 G Class gasoline engine. Pretty annoying, especially when you're on the highway. Mine actually had a faulty cable on the pump/control unit. Both the coolant pump and the control unit had to be repaired. The mechanic said it was a serious issue and needed to be fixed immediately to avoid major damage. So, my advice to you would be to take it to a garage quickly and get it checked. Hope that helps you. Take care!
