Hey, I'm glad I could help you! Fortunately, everything was fine again after my visit to the mechanic. The issue with the "engine start possibly not possible" was resolved quickly. As it turned out, the fault was the result of a fault in the vehicle's electrical system. And now for the best part: the repair actually cost me nothing at all - €0! It seems that the problem was caused by an earlier inspection, and the garage took care of it as a gesture of goodwill. Since then my Corsa has been running like clockwork again, no more problems. Hope that takes away some of your worries! Best regards!

Hey guys, thanks for all the helpful answers and tips! After reading the tips here, I went straight to the garage yesterday to have my Opel Adam checked. The mechanics there quickly suspected that it could be the electronics, similar to your Corsa. They tested the control unit and found that it was indeed defective. They also checked the alternator and the battery. In the end, they replaced the control unit and fixed the wiring. The best thing about it? The repair only cost me 150 euros and they said that I shouldn't expect any further major problems for the time being. The Adam is now running perfectly again. Thanks again for your helpful advice! Best regards!

Good day! My Opel Mokka, with 135,950 KM, occasionally won't start or starts sporadically. What steps should I take to diagnose and fix this issue? Could it be the battery, starter, or something else? I'd appreciate advice on troubleshooting and any recommended actions. Thank you for your help!
Start by checking the battery, as it's the easiest to diagnose. If the battery is weak or dead, the car won't start. If the battery is fine, the next step is to check the starter. If the starter is faulty, it may not turn the engine over. If both the battery and starter are fine, then it could be a more complex issue like a faulty ignition switch or a problem with the fuel system. It's best to have a mechanic look at it if the problem persists after checking the battery and starter.
Hey, I had similar problems with my 2016 Opel Corsa. In my case, the symptoms were due to a subsequent fault in the vehicle's electrical system. The battery was low, the lights were flickering and the engine was making strange noises. In my case, the control unit was ultimately defective, which messed up the electronics. At the workshop, they replaced the control unit and checked the wiring. They also tested the alternator to make sure it was supplying enough power. It was a major operation, but since then the Corsa has been running again without any problems. Hope this helps you! Good luck! Greetings
