The issue with the wiring harness on the oil pressure control valve, which was oily, was all resolved at the workshop in question. As for the costs: of course they tore a hole in my pocket. I had to pay just under €250 for the repair. But well, now the car is running smoothly again and I have peace of mind. So from my point of view, it was worth the money. Hello, the problem with the oil pressure control valve is also very familiar to me, as I had the same problem with my Passat. At first I also thought that the engine had no more oil pressure, but after the oil pressure was measured manually, only the sensor could actually be the problem. So I quickly replaced the sensor, deleted the fault memory and lo and behold, the light went out.
