Hello, thank you for your advice! That's really worrying, you're right. Really the last thing I need right now is a car problem! Do you remember how much the whole thing cost you? And have you had any other problems since? It would be really helpful to know if this is just the tip of the iceberg. Best regards!

Hello, sure, I remember that. It cost me €175.0 to get the wrong engine oil out and replace it with the right one. A bit expensive, but to be honest, since then the problem with the engine oil pressure being too low has been completely resolved. I haven't had any further problems, my Ford is running like a champ again! So if the oil and warning light comes on again, I would really advise you to have it checked and not assume the worst. Hope this helps you! Take care.

Hello, thank you for the insightful information! The cost seems quite fair compared to the potential damage. I will definitely go to the garage before anything worse happens. It's good to know that you haven't had any further difficulties. That's very reassuring. I hope it turns out the same for me. Thanks again and take care!

Hi, Had similar scenario with my 2001 Ford Explorer. Recently the oil and warning light also started to come on. This was quite worrying, because really no one likes unforeseen car problems, do they? After a quick visit to the garage, it was discovered that I actually had the wrong engine oil in the engine. This can be really damaging because the wrong oil can block the internal components of the engine and affect its performance. The mechanic then drained the wrong oil and topped it up with the correct one. Pretty simple process, but still essential to avoid major engine damage. So, my advice, get it checked and change the oil if it is indeed the wrong one. As it could be a serious problem affecting the performance of your car. Good luck with that!
