Nissan X-Trail Power and Transmission Problems

Automatic transmission does not shift as usual

Loss of engine power

Hi guys, I recently changed the engine in my Nissan X-Trail and, after almost three months, I've started to notice a significant loss of power, especially when going uphill and when starting up after a stop. In addition, I'm experiencing clicking noises in the engine, poor fuel economy and the automatic transmission isn't shifting as usual. Has anyone experienced anything similar or has any idea what might be causing these problems? Thanks for any help or suggestions!

Check if the air filter is clogged or dirty, as this can cause power loss and poor fuel economy. Replace it if necessary and see if it improves the performance. Let us know how it goes or if you have any other questions!
