Nissan X-Trail electrical system and dashboard problems

Good evening, I'm having some problems with my Nissan X-Trail after changing the engine. The horn and alarm have stopped working, the gear shifts no longer appear on the dashboard and the reverse warning sound doesn't come on either. What's more, the gear selection display on the speedometer isn't working and I get an error message from the infotainment system. Has anyone experienced this or has any idea what might be going on? Any help would be appreciated!
