Hey there, I appreciate the quick response! My Terra is automatic, no recent accidents thankfully. The only recent replacement was brake pads, nothing else major. Your experience resonates a lot with mine. I think it's time to get this checked professionally. I've clocked up around 139528 KM until now with the last service done a few months ago. Hope there's nothing more serious lurking. Cheers!

Good on ya! Slap on the back for keeping your Terra in good nick. Now, based on what you said, my money's still on that fuel filter heater or it's wiring harness. Honestly, I wouldn't worry about anything else too serious back there, judging by your maintenance record and mileage. I mean, my Patrol's still going strong with nearly double your mileage. Also, keep in mind that diesel motors require a steady supply of clean fuel. If the fuel filter heater is faulty, the overall performance could be impacted, especially in colder clis. It all sounds techie, but trust me, a good workshop should sort it out quickly. Oh, and the brake pads - completely unrelated to your current issue, so no worries there. Should be good to go once this filter heater thing is sorted. And hey, €110 (give or take) is not too shabby to get that peace of mind back, right? Let us know how it goes! Cheers!

Hey, that's reassuring to hear! Your advice has made me feel a bit more confident about this whole scenario. You're right, €110 for peace of mind is absolutely worthwhile. I'll be sure to take my Terra into the workshop first thing tomorrow. I'll update you once I've got it sorted. Here's hoping there's nothing else out of order. Thanks for all the help! Cheers!

Hey, your problem hits close to home. I've got some experience with cars, more than the average Joe I reckon. I ran into a quite similar problem with my 2016 Nissan Patrol, diesel, like yours. The culprit for me was a damaged Fuel filter heater wiring harness/connector - sounds complex right? Don't fret though, I got it fixed at my local workshop. I have a solid relationship with those guys and this time too they did a good job - thorough, professional, and swift. Paid approxily €110, which in my opinion wasn't really a kick in the teeth. They mentioned that the damaged harness was possibly why the filter heater wasn't working properly, impacting the overall performance, hence the symptoms similar to yours. I'd suggest checking that out. Just to clarify, is your Terra automatic or manual? Any recent accident, even a minor one? And has there been any other replacements or repairs recently? The more info, the better . Cheers!
