Nissan Qashqai Lighting Error - No Main Dip

I'm currently experiencing an issue with my Nissan Qashqai where there seems to be an error in the lighting system. Specifically, there is no main dip. Has anyone else encountered this problem and if so, how did you resolve it? Any advice would be greatly appreciated.
