Hey, thanks for the first tips. So my Citroen Jumper has the built-in audio system, nothing really special. My car already has 149797 KM on it and I've never really had any problems with the navigation system until now. I'll follow your advice and see if it's also the cables. Thank you!

Hey, no problem, that's what we're here for, to help each other. If your Citroen Jumper has the standard audio system, then it could really be something to do with the cables, especially as you've already put so many kilometers on it. I would also recommend asking the workshop about the sat nav itself, maybe that's where the problem lies. I'll keep my fingers crossed that it won't be too expensive! And by the way, put in a CD if you have the chance. My radio also went crazy when the navigation system didn't work. However, the CD player worked perfectly, which was another indication of a cable problem. Maybe it's similar for you? Good luck and let us know how it turns out!

Hello, these are very helpful tips, really great! Yes, I will definitely ask the garage about the navigation system and insert a CD to see if the player still works. I hadn't considered that yet. Many thanks for your help and good wishes. I'll keep you posted on how it turns out. See you soon!

Hey, interestingly enough, I had a similar problem with my Citroen Berlingo (built in 2011). My experience with cars is limited, but I have dealt with it. At my garage they found that the cable connection between the control unit and the display was faulty (bad connection). It cost me about 165 euros, which definitely wasn't cheap, but now everything is working fine again. Which audio system do you have in your vehicle? With this info I might be able to give you more specific tips. Hope this helps you.
