Hey, thanks for your reply! So you had to have the radio and sat nav overhauled, huh? Do you happen to remember what you had to pay for the repair? And did you have any other problems after that or has the solution held up so far? Thanks again, I'm not quite sure what's going on with my BMW at the moment.

Hey, of course I remember. After my visit to the mechanic, the message error between the control units was rectified. However, it cost me €755 to repair the defective capacitors in the computer. But as you know, sometimes you have to bite the bullet to get your favorite car back on the road, especially if you drive a BMW. Since then, everything has been running smoothly, so I'm happy with the solution. Hope this helps you with your BMW, man!

Hey, it definitely helps! It's expensive fun, but if it solves all the problems, it's probably worth it. But what don't you do for a car, especially a BMW, right? Thank you so much for your help and your time. I think I'll suggest this to my mechanic and hope that it works again afterwards. You can always try it. Thanks again and drive safe, buddy!

It sounds like you might be dealing with a faulty amplifier or a loose connection. Start by checking the wiring and connections to your car radio and amplifier. If everything seems fine, you might need to have your amplifier checked or replaced. However, I would recommend having a professional mechanic look at it to avoid causing further damage.

Hey, I've been there. I had something similar with my 2007 BMW 5 Series. The sound system had failed and it turned out that it was also a communication error between the control units. On my last visit to the garage they had to run some tests to identify the exact problem and in the end both the radio and sat nav had to be reworked. It was quite involved, but it wasn't a serious issue. Hope this helps you!
