Hey, I had a similar problem with my 2013 Citroen Berlingo. My sat nav and display were constantly hanging up and sometimes failed completely. I then went to my garage and the guys had a look at it. It turned out that the cable connection between the control unit and the display was faulty (bad connection). They then replaced the cables and I haven't had any problems since. However, this was a more serious matter because the entire electronics in the car were affected. So my recommendation: don't wait too long and take it to the garage! Hope this helps, and good luck!
