I suspect the signal from the antenna connection for the radio reception is to blame - last time I was at the mechanic it was a real disaster. Hello, I recently had the same problem with my 2021 Renault Clio Hybrid. It was really annoying. My telecommunications control unit was defective. The mechanic said that something like this can happen and replaced it. It wasn't a big deal so far. I've been driving again since then without any problems. LG
