Mini Paceman Climate Control Problems

I had something similar happen in my Paceman. The automatic temperature control went haywire. Is your temperature reading completely off, or just fluctuating wildly? Did you check the sensor connections?

The temperature reading seems stuck. Where exactly is the temperature sensor located, and how easy is it to access the connections?

Mine was also stuck. The sensor is behind the small grill near the steering wheel. I didn't check it myself. I took it to a workshop. They diagnosed the sensor issue pretty quickly.

The error memory pointed towards a faulty interior temperature sensor. I decided to get it replaced. The diagnosis was accurate, and the new sensor fixed the climate control. Total cost including labor was 95€. Thanks for the advice!
