Mini Cooper Electric electrical issues

I am experiencing some electrical issues with my 2020 Mini Cooper Electric. The error memory contains an error, unlocking and locking are unreliable, and the engine requires the key in the ignition. The likely cause is a defective cable or plug connection of the component related to the car antenna. Has anyone else encountered a similar problem, or can offer any insight?

Yes, I was referring to the connection at the antenna mount itself, behind the bumper. I didn't attempt a DIY fix; I simply took it to the workshop. They confirmed the issue, secured the connection, and the problems were resolved. It may be worth having a professional check it.

Many thanks for your advice. The workshop confirmed the bumper antenna was indeed the problem. Cable replacement and associated work cost 95€. Everything is working properly again.
