Hi, thanks for the tip! My GLC was built in 2015 and has 218765 km on the clock. I'll have a look at the cable connections. If anyone has any other ideas or has already found solutions, I'd be happy to receive more tips! Greetings

Hey, no problem, you're welcome! I once had a similar problem with my 2015 GLC, and the cable connection was also to blame. My garage first checked the fuses and then the cable connections at the back of the screen. It was actually a loose connection. After they tightened the connections, everything ran smoothly again. If I were you, I would also check the fuses. If that doesn't help, then it's best to check the cable connections. If you are a bit more technically minded, you could possibly do this yourself. Otherwise, a good workshop will certainly be able to help you. I hope this helps you! Keep us posted on how it turns out. Greetings

Thanks again for the additional tips! I'll definitely take a closer look and also check the fuses. If I can't fix it myself, I'll probably have to take it back to the workshop. I'll definitely keep you posted on how it turns out! Greetings

Hey, have had a similar experience with my 2016 Mercedes GLE, I only have a bit of experience with cars but in my case it was a bad cable connection between the ECU and the display. My garage checked it and repaired the connection. It cost €165. It's best to have a look at the cable connections too. Let me know exactly what year and model your GLC is, then I might be able to help you more precisely. Greetings
