Hey thanks for the quick reply. I noticed the problem about two weeks ago. It drives very strangely on cobbles and bounces a lot more than it should. The car also makes an unusual noise. Just got it at around 70728 km on the clock and the last service was standard. So it's in pretty good condition. Does anyone have any idea what this could be and how much it would cost to get it fixed at a garage?

Hi, thanks for the additional information about your EQC. So, as I said, it could be a problem with the shock absorbers or the vehicle height sensors. But it could also be the wheel suspensions. From your description, the unusual noises could indicate a worn suspension or faulty shock absorbers. It would therefore be a good idea to have these points checked at a garage. If they are not the problem, then it is probably the control unit, as in my case. The cost of the repair can vary greatly, but to give you a rough guide: In my case, it was 10 euros for the control unit at the time. A repair to the shock absorbers or suspension could be in the same range, maybe a little less. However, this is only an estimate, the price depends on many factors and only a workshop can give you an exact price. Hope this helps you a bit. Let us know what the problem was in the end. Good luck!

Hi, I had a similar problem with my 2016 GLC. I'm not really an automotive expert, but I do have a bit of experience. In my case, it was actually the control unit that was faulty. It also often happens that the sensors for the vehicle height are defective. I took my car to a local garage and they repaired it for me. It cost me 1000 euros, but it's been running great ever since. To be able to help you more accurately, it would be cool if you could give us more details about your car and the problem. What are the symptoms and how long has the problem existed? What is the general condition of your EQC?
