Some functions of the vehicle are not available

I'm currently experiencing a general electrical malfunction with my Mercedes eKlasse, which is causing failure in various systems and making some functions unavailable. Additionally, I've noticed that the Carly app tends to freeze and throw errors when used with Mercedes products. Has anyone else encountered these issues and if so, how did you resolve them?
