Mercedes CKlasse: Check Engine Light & Issues with Smart Mechanic Health Scan

I have a Mercedes CKlasse and the check engine light recently turned on. Initially, my smart mechanic was able to perform a health scan on 23 systems and provide detailed fault information. However, after a software update, it now only provides generic codes and limited advice. Has anyone else encountered this issue with their smart mechanic's health scan? Any advice or solutions would be greatly appreciated.
