Mazda CX5 Diesel in Engine Oil - DPF or Injector Issue?
Oil light on
Hello Mazda community, I've been experiencing an issue with my CX5 where I'm finding diesel in the engine oil, which is causing the oil level to rise and become diluted. I'm suspecting that this could be due to the car constantly trying to regenerate the DPF filter or possibly a dripping injector. Has anyone else encountered a similar problem? Any insights would be greatly appreciated.

Check if your vehicle has been frequently attempting DPF regeneration by monitoring the dashboard indicators or using a diagnostic tool. If regeneration is happening too often, it could lead to diesel mixing with the oil. Ensure the DPF is not clogged and consider having it cleaned or replaced if necessary. Let me know how it goes or if you have further questions.
