Mazda CX3 Diesel 2021 Navigation System Screen Failure Issue

Navigationssystem is not working

Hey, having a bit of a problem with my 2021 Mazda CX3 Diesel rig. The navigation system has gone AWOL - screen's not showing anything. Looks like I'm dealing with some sort of screen failure? Would love to hear if anyone else has faced this with their Mazda and how they tackled it in the workshop. Appreciate any tips or insights!

Hey there, Actually, I faced a similar situation with my own 2019 Mazda CX5 Diesel, so we're not too far apart in terms of models. Just for transparency, I should mention that my mechanic-fu is more low-level Naruto than it is Fullmetal Alchemist. Turned out my problem was a damaged display, too. Had to take it to my trusted workshop - good chaps, they've never let me down. Ended up shelling out around 725€ to get things back in order, a bit of a penny-pinch but worth it in the end. Anyways, maybe you could share a bit more about your ride? Specs and all that jazz. The more details, the better we could splice this thing together and get you back on the road.

G'day Appreciate your thoughts and glad to hear you got yours sorted! My Mazda's an old gal, seen quite a bit of the road - about 239713 KM at last count. Got the latest service just a wee bit back, so was a bit disheartened to see the nav giving me these issues. Fingers crossed it’s just a display failure like you had. I'm no mechanic, but I will definitely bring her in to my local shop. Based on your experience, sounds like I should be bracing my wallet though, right? Good times! Again, thanks for your insights, it's been mighty helpful. Here's hoping I get her sorted soon!

Hey back Spot on, you've got quite an experienced lady there with that mileage! With the recent service, it's a bit of a blow to face these navigation issues so soon. Fair dinkum though, cars will be cars, they're like one big game of bingo sometimes. In my case, the issue was indeed a damaged display. So, if we are in the same boat here, prepare your budget for around the same expenses I had. You're taking the right steps in taking her to your local workshop. Trusted hands always make a difference! Don't dwell too much on the cost, even though it was a pretty penny, the peace of mind was worth every cent. Best of luck getting her sorted. Remember we're here for you if you need any more advice or just want to chat! Drive safe.

Hey back at you, Seems like we might be on the same page with this issue. I mean, your miles are definitely up there, but hey, old gals like ours have plenty of fight left in 'em, right? Just took my Mazda into the shop last week, and it did turn out to be a display issue. Required a decent chunk of change - around $600. Not exactly a trip to Disneyland, but hey, anything to keep the old bird in the sky. Thanks for all your help here, bud. Really appreciate the insight and advice. I'll definitely keep y'all posted on how everything turns out. Wish me luck! Cheers!
