For a few weeks now, I have been hearing a loud noise in my Fiat Talento in every gear at 2000 rpm, similar to the ventilation at level 4. It becomes quieter again at around 2500 rpm. Driving behavior does not seem to be affected. In addition, I occasionally notice a strong exhaust smell in the interior. During a cold start, I even saw a cloud of smoke coming from the front right wheel arch. I was told at the garage that everything was tight when I complained about the exhaust smell. Does anyone know of this problem or have any ideas as to what could be causing it?
