Looking for Solutions to 2022 Renault Arkana Hybrid's Navigation and Audio System Failure

Hey there! I've got a 2020 Renault Megane and faced kinda the same thing. I'm no car guru but got some hands-on experience. My local workshop figured my Infotainment system was defective. Pretty annoying, right? Ended up having to pay about 815 euro to have it sorted. It's pretty critical to know milk-and-water details about your car to see if it's a similar issue. Hey! Thanks for the response. In my case, it's kinda intermittent. Sometimes everything works just perfect and voila, the next moment it's all blank. No other weird stuff happening though. It's irritating when you're on a long journey and suddenly the navigation just goes down y'know? As for the deets, I've clocked 84783 km on it so far, and the last service was a little before that, about 80000 km, didn't have any such issues back then. Fingers crossed it's not too big a hit on the wallet.

Looking at your provided info, I'd first check if it's still on warranty considering it's a 2022 model. The other thing that I can think of is the software glitches, maybe it should get an update. I had a similar problem before my infotainment went kaput, but it was more occasional than intermittent. By updating the system, it resolved some minor issues. If these scenarios don’t work, you might be looking at technical defects like me, unfortunately. You better off bringing it to a workshop. Damned if I'm about to fork over a huge chunk of change over this.
