Hi, thanks for your reply! That sounds like quite a lot of work on your car. May I ask how much this software update to your infotainment system cost you? And have you had any further problems with connectivity since then or has everything continued to run smoothly? Best regards!

Hello, you're welcome! The software update cost around €45 to fix this problem with the incorrect pairing with the end device. Since the visit to the mechanic, all functional restrictions in connectivity have been removed and I have had zero problems. Everything is working perfectly now. I would recommend you try the same. Hope this has helped! Best regards!

Hi, thank you very much for the information! That's really helpful. 45€ for such an update also sounds pretty fair. It's great to hear that it's still working for you without any problems. I'll probably make an appointment with my garage soon and see if they can carry out a software update like this. Thanks again for your help! See you next time, best regards!

Hi, I had a similar problem with my 2006 Citroen C4. The pairing was faulty and I could not synchronize my cell phone with the car. I then took my car to the garage. They had to do a full diagnosis of the infotainment system on my car. They then determined that it was a software problem with my infotainment system. A software update had to be carried out and the problem was solved. It was a bit of a serious problem, it took me several days to get everything fixed. But now everything is working fine, so I would suggest you maybe do the same. Good luck!
