Hey, thanks for your advice! It's reassuring to hear that you were able to solve the same problem. Can you happen to remember how much you paid for the repair at the time? And have there been any other problems with the airbag system or anything I should be aware of since then? Thank you very much!

Hey, it's cool that I've been able to help you so far! I remember it pretty clearly because the repair costs were pretty impressive - exactly €0! Yes, you read that right: It didn't cost any money to repair the faulty parts of the airbag system! And the airbag warning light hasn't come on again since, so the mechanic did a really good job. You might want to make sure that your car is serviced regularly and have the airbag systems checked thoroughly from time to time. But don't worry, everything will run smoothly. I'm glad if I could help!

Wow, really now? That's great news for me! I hope my visit to the garage goes just as well. I appreciate your advice to have my car serviced regularly and have the airbag systems checked. Hopefully my problem is as easy to solve as yours. Your information is very valuable to me and I really appreciate it. Thanks again! Now I feel more reassured. Have a nice day! Hope everything goes smoothly with my car.

B000113 the squib for the driver airbag (stage1) has a malfunction. There is an open circuit. This faulty code and Airbag light ON comes today out of nowhere on my W204 c350 2011.
The error code B000113 indicates a problem with the driver's airbag squib circuit. This could be due to a loose connection, a broken wire, or a faulty airbag module. Start by checking the wiring and connections under the driver's seat and steering wheel. If everything looks fine, you might need to replace the airbag module. Please remember, working with airbag systems can be dangerous if not done correctly, so if you're not comfortable doing this yourself, I would recommend taking your car to a professional. Let us know how it goes.
Hey, I can fully understand your concern. I had a similar problem with my car, a 2010 Mercedes A Class diesel. My airbag light also came on, but after a visit to the garage it turned out that it was components of the airbag system that were faulty, not the whole system. It was a serious problem that needed to be fixed immediately as safety is at stake. They replaced the airbag sensor and some other components. That fixed the problem, no light is lit anymore and the car is safe to drive. It's not something to take your time with, so take your car to the shop right away. It sounds like the same problem I had. Hope this helps you. Have a safe drive!
