Thanks for the input. My Compass has 14620KM and was last serviced 2 months ago. The control unit was actually showing these locked fault codes right after I had the battery disconnected while doing some minor work. The ECU fault seems to persist even after reconnecting everything properly. The battery is fairly new, installed 6 months ago, and the check engine light remains off. Based on all the feedback, I will schedule an appointment for an ECU reset since the fault codes in the active memory clearly came from my battery disconnect work.
