Hey! Appreciate the response! It's comforting to know I'm not the only one having this issue. The sensor cable connection you mentioned seems to be a potential culprit. Just curious, do you recall the dough you had to shell out for that fix? Also, has anything else related to the AC cropped up on your 2019 Lexus LC since then? Here's to hoping my mechanic visit goes smoothly. Thanks again!
Hey! Glad to hear my experience could give you a bit of peace of mind. Regarding the cost, it ran me around 110€ for the mechanic to handle the sensor cable connection issue. Since then, my Lexus has been a cool oasis, so I'd say it was money well spent! Ever since they fixed that little problem, my AC's been humming along just fine. No further issues to report on my end related to the A/C or the sensor. Here's hoping your mechanic visit will sort things out just like mine did. Cheers and best of luck with your Lexus LC!
Hey! Thanks for the swift reply and all the handy info. €110 doesn't sound too steep - I'm game for that if it makes my car a chill zone again! I've booked a slot with the mechanic and hoping for smooth sailing. Great to hear that your Lexus LC's AC has upheld its performance. Take care and keep cruising in your cool oasis! Cheers!
Hey there, Looks like we're on the same boat. I had a similar issue with my 2019 Lexus LC. My car's AC also started blowing warm air. It got to a point where I wasn't getting any cool air at all. I suspected the same. It turned out to be a defective sensor cable connection. When I had it inspected at the garage, the mechanic detected the problem right away. They had to fix the sensor cable to resolve this. I remember they took almost a day to get things back to normal. Fortunately, it wasn't a serious issue, just a bit of a hassle. In my case, this was enough to get the A/C system to engage properly and now it's working just fine. Hopefully, you'll have the same results. Just remember, every car's a bit different, so your experience might not be exactly the same. But I hope this helps! All the best sorting it out!
