Land Rover Range Rover: Navigation System and ECU Reading Issues

I'm currently experiencing some problems with my Land Rover Range Rover. The navigation system has stopped working and I'm having trouble with my Carly device reading the ECU. It worked the first time I used it but now it just stops. Has anyone else encountered these issues and if so, how did you resolve them?

For the navigation system issue, try performing a soft reset by disconnecting the vehicle's battery for about 10-15 minutes, then reconnecting it. This can sometimes resolve electronic glitches. For the Carly device, ensure it's fully updated and check the connection to the OBD-II port for any loose connections. Let me know if these steps help or if you have any further questions!

The one has no bad connection s A friend used his machine on it yesterday

For the navigation system, if the soft reset didn't work, check if there are any software updates available for your vehicle's infotainment system. Sometimes, outdated software can cause issues. If the Carly device still isn't working, try using it on another vehicle to rule out a device issue. If both systems continue to have problems, it might be best to consult a professional mechanic. Let me know how it goes or if you have any more questions!

Done those, if I could get the Carly to work would be a great help

Try uninstalling and reinstalling the Carly app on your device, and ensure that your smartphone's Bluetooth is functioning properly. Also, verify that the Carly adapter is securely connected to the OBD-II port. If the issue persists, consider reaching out to Carly support for further assistance. Let me know if this helps or if you have any more questions!
