I can no longer read out my Range Rover 2008 gasoline engine! Before an update it worked! I have already reinstalled and restarted the phone, as I was advised, but that didn't help! The plug is clean and free of dirt and also works with other vehicles! It's purely down to the Carly software and unfortunately they haven't helped me for a week! Nothing was changed on the vehicle and before that I was able to read it out and read and delete errors! Coding has not been possible with Carly on my Range Rover since the beginning! I am desperate......

Try performing a hard reset on your vehicle's electronic systems by disconnecting the battery for about 10-15 minutes, then reconnecting it. This can sometimes resolve communication issues. Ensure you have your radio code if needed before disconnecting the battery. Let me know if this helps or if you have any further questions!
For the GPS issue, start by checking if the GPS antenna is properly connected and not damaged. For the Carly device, ensure your vehicle's OBD-II port is clean and free of debris. If the problem persists, try updating the Carly app and device firmware. Let me know how it goes or if you have further questions!
