Headlight cleaning system without function

Hola, Appreciate you taking time and sharing your experience. Well, my Ioniq5 has been on the road for quite a considerable distance, precisely about 106731KM. I've recently serviced her, all was good then but this issue sprouted out of nowhere. Based on what you've shared, I reckon I'm going to try topping off the washer fluid first and see how it pans out. It's definitely worth a shot before escalating it to my friendly neighborhood mechanic. Thanks again, fingers crossed!
Hey again, Yep, it's definitely a good idea to start with the easiest and cheapest solution, and topping off the washer fluid definitely is! With your Ioniq5 having done considerable mileage, it's possible you've burned through that fluid a bit. Now, just in case refilling the fluid doesn't sort it out, before you rush to a mechanic, I'd suggest checking if the headlight washer hoses and nozzles aren't damaged or clogged. It was something that came up when I was at the workshop with my Sonata and could be another potential cause. But fingers crossed, a bit of washer fluid might do the trick! Let us know how it goes. I'm keeping my fingers crossed for your Ioniq 5!
Hey! Now that you mention it, I recall seeing some debris around my headlight area. Little did I think that it could be causing an issue with my headlight washer system working properly. It's a good point you've brought up. I'll certainly give your suggestion a shot if refilling doesn't fix the problem. Thanks for being patient and helping out with the advice. Will definitely keep you posted on the developments. Hoping for the best! Cheers!
Hey! I'm not a top-notch mechanic or anything, but I stumbled upon a similar situation with my 2019 Hyundai Sonata. Noticed that my headlight washing system was playing up and just like you, suspected the washer fluid. So, off I went to my local workshop. They found the issue right away, turns out you were spot on! It was indeed the washing liquid level, too low for proper functioning. They topped it off and it cost me only about 25€. However, every car's not the same, right? Could you share more info on your vehicle? The more details, the better I might be able to offer more advice. Hope this helps!
